Our "Safe" philosophy ensures that every intake, whether it is a high-performance vehicle or a professional athlete, begins with a technical baseline. Use of this site and our services implies your consent to these standards.

Misrepresentation of vehicle diagnostics or physical health status can lead to service cancellation without refund. NYC Alveris uses this data to calibrate its engineering and training response.
The No-Clutter Policy
The Alveris facility operates under a strict ma-inspired "negative space" principle. Users must respect the quiet-room status of the garage and the focused atmosphere of the gym floor. Excessive noise, photographic equipment without prior registration, and unauthorized personnel in technical bays are strictly prohibited.
Performance Data License
The content on nycalveris.live, including diagnostic report structures and the "Alveris Method" of training, is protected intellectual property. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view their personal Performance Ledger entries for non-commercial purposes only.
Limitation of Responsibility
While NYC Alveris employs master technicians and head trainers to review every bolt and muscle group against technical benchmarks, we do not guarantee specific race-track outcomes or medical recovery milestones. Performance conditioning is provided within established safety limits and professional standards.
Mechanical components fail and biological limits exist. NYC Alveris is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the limits of existing hardware or physical physiology.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by an Illinois court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will stay in full technical registration and effect.
