Precision isn't a marketing slogan. It's an engineering requirement.
At NYC Alveris, we operate under a singular, arguably obsessive, premise: that high-performance maintenance should be applied equally to the vehicle you drive and the body that drives it. We found it curious that people would spend thousands on a chassis calibration for a weekend track car while ignoring the biological misalignments in their own kinetic chain.
Our facility in Chicago is designed to silence the chaos of the typical garage and the noise of the commercial gym. We've built a "Press Bay" for lifestyle performance—a space where every service is treated like a master print run, registered perfectly to your specific requirements.
The Ledger Check
Every mechanical bolt and muscle group is assessed against technical benchmarks before work begins.

Synergy in Motion
Mechanical Integrity
Automotive care at Alveris goes beyond fluid changes. We specialize in chassis dynamics, engine calibration, and diagnostic transparency. Our garage is a clean-room environment where precision tools meet master technicians.
- Chassis & Suspension Tuning
- Performance Intake Systems
- Seasonal Storage & Prep
Biological Capacity
Our fitness training follows the same diagnostic rigor as our mechanical work. We focus on biomechanical efficiency, explosive power, and metabolic conditioning within a hushed, focused studio.
- Kinetic Assessment
- High-Performance S&C
- Recovery Protocols
Unified Management
We respect the scarcity of your time. Our unified intake system allows for seamless scheduling where vehicle maintenance and human conditioning happen in parallel sessions.
"One intake, two performances. The Ledger keeps the score."

Editorial Deep Dive
Why we call it The Ledger.
A ledger is a book of final entry. It is where all the testing, the diagnostics, and the physical effort are accounted for. We don't believe in "guesswork" for your engine tuning, so why should your squat depth or metabolic threshold be any different?
Our editorial philosophy is built on technical transparency. When you hand over your keys at the engine drive entrance, you aren't just getting an oil change; you are starting a documented process of performance improvement. You receive a unified report that looks more like an engineering manual than a service invoice.
We treat our workshop as a gallery. We treat our training floor as a sanctuary. The result is a performance hub that feels less like a business and more like a private society for those who value the mechanical and the biological in equal measure.
The Registration Mark Process
How we align your performance run. We work within professional limits to ensure repeatable, high-quality outcomes.
Baseline Calibration
We record the current state of both machine and body. Service history and activity notes are filed into your personal ledger.
Surgical Review
Our master technicians and lead trainers conduct a peer-reviewed assessment of all mechanical and biological systems.
The Work Run
Active repair and training occur. Garage bays are kept clinical; gym sessions are conducted in focused silence.
Final Validation
A post-service briefing where we compare results to the initial baseline. Your updated performance manual is issued.
Preparation Checklist

The Technicians
Engineers of Machine & Body
Lead Mechanical Engineer
Julian Thorne
With two decades in high-performance racing dynamics, Julian oversees the automotive intake. His philosophy is simple: if a component isn't serving a purpose, it shouldn't be on the car. He ensures every vehicle leaves Alveris in perfect registration.
Director of Human Performance
Elena Sato
Elena bridges the gap between traditional athletic training and Japandi-zen mindfulness. She treats the body as the ultimate machine, focusing on kinetic longevity and mechanical advantage in every movement pattern.
Common Calibrations
Resolving the logistics of a dual-service performance hub.
Our valet-style intake at the 942 Engine Drive entrance is seamless. Upon arrival, a technician will take your keys and conduct a preliminary diagnostic scan while you proceed directly to the studio lockers. Your car is moved to the bay while you begin your warm-up. No waiting rooms, no clipboards.
Not at all. While the Alveris Concept is built on the synergy of both, we offer stand-alone memberships for the fitness studio and per-service appointments for automotive repair. However, our Bundle Plans are designed for those seeking the complete "Performance Ledger" experience with priority scheduling.
We focus on high-performance maintenance, diagnostics, and precision tuning. We specifically exclude bodywork, paint, and heavy cosmetic detailing to maintain the clinical cleanliness of our facility. We also work within established safety limits—we do not guarantee race-track outcomes but ensure professional endurance.
Performance Registered.
We are currently accepting new clients for the Summer performance window. Whether you need a chassis reset or a kinetic baseline, the ledger is open.
